This begs the question, what brands have made their way into the Metaverse? And, what platforms are they using?
Roblox: Bringing Brands Into the Metaverse
Roblox takes the cake as the Metaverse platform with the most amount of brands currently present within it. Labeled as Experiences, these interactive virtual spaces created in collaboration with brands allow brands to relay their messaging in a gamified manner.
Players can hop in and out of experiences, accumulate points, play brand-themed minigames or just try on or see their latest products depending on what the brand’s aiming for. As of yet, brands such as Spotify, FIFA, Shein x Klarna, Givenchy, McLaren, Vans, NERF, and many others have made their way into the Metaverse through Roblox.
With hundreds of millions of players enjoying these Experiences, it is safe to say that these ventures have brought nothing but positive gains both in terms of revenue and marketing for these very prestigious brands.

This will allow fans of the brand to view their Everdome Metaverse and will also let players interact with the team and all its F1-branded goodies in a matter that simply isn’t possible in real life.
Fortnite Brings Virtual Apparel To The Mainstream
Fortnite has collaborated with numerous T.V. shows and movies introducing various virtual character skins that can be used by any player to dawn their favorite character’s costume within the game!
This has allowed for various iconic characters, such as Spiderman, Goku, Rick, Batman, and even celebrities such as Travis Scott, Ariana Grande, and Marshmello to have their place in Fortnite’s Metaverse.
Besides that, virtual concerts held both by Fortnite and Roblox have also increased the likelihood of the mainstream public knowing about the Metaverse as these events have been covered internationally by news outlets and other avenues of digital media.
Will Brands Keep Entering The Metaverse?
Yes! We’re expecting brands to keep entering the Metaverse. This is because they gain unprecedented access to a new stratum of the population that may not consume traditional forms of advertisement.
Moreover, the Metaverse allows for the creation of more interactive forms of branding and advertisement that can be reached by a wider audience at a fraction of the cost compared to conventional advertisement. And, with the Metaverse expanding every year both in terms of size and scope, we’ll see more brands hopping onto the Metaverse with each passing day.
